    Mailgroup missing in new message

Organizing persons in subfolders in contacts works fine.

But when I want to find a person in a subfolder (when pressing "To:" in the
message), there are no subfolders at all.

    Why is that?

    Hi Leif,

Contacts will be displayed all together in one list when you press "To:", even if you put them in separate folders in the "Contacts" folder. The only way to have them not listed all together is to have them in a Contact Group instead of a separate folder in the "Contacts" folder. This will show you how.

What happens if, instead of pressing To:, you click on Tools, then Select
    Recipients?

I don't know why, but that's just the way it works......

You can create the folders, but WM will not show them when you click on To:,
    CC: or BCC:

However, you can do it bassackwards if you have folders... open your
Contact folder, open your sub-folder, select your recipient(s), right-click,
    select Action - Send Email
