Vista - wm and yahoo and hotmail

MY WINDOWS MAIL WILL NOT CONNECT TO YAHOO OR HOTMAIL. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW
TO CONFIGURE MY WINDOWS MAIL TO RECIEVE AND SEND ON EITHER, I USE THE FREE
MAIL SERVICES OF BOTH.

Windows Mail cannot connect to Hotmail. You may want to download
and install Windows Live Mail, which can:

Either Windows Mail or Windows Live Mail allows you to have more
than one email account. Windows Mail puts all the incoming mail into
one Inbox; Windows Live Mail has a separate set of folders for each
account.

Windows Mail cannot access http mail.
The newer Windows Live Mail can access Hotmail, but you'll have to upgrade
to the Premium Yahoo account to get to use their POP email server.

I am sorry about the cap letters in my post but the library where i have to
connect to the internet at was closing so i was in such a hurry that i forgot
to turn the caps off sorry about that.
I downloaded both the ypops and the live mail. i still cannot get the ypops
to work but with live mail i am now getting my hotmail emails downloaded each
time i go on line. thank you for your help.
