| | "Unable to convert graphic. Continue with document conversion" When receiving attachments with logo or photos (word or excel) I cannot open them. I get the above message.... Then I get the message "file format may not be supported by any of the installed convertors or the file may be corrupt". If I instruct not to convert the doc opens but without photos or logos. If I forward same email and attachment to another computer running windows xp there is no problem opening the file. Very frustrating...Any suggestions???? Thanks in advance :-D -- Annie |

You may be lacking the software needed to open files of this type. |
