    Trouble Accessing Email Using Charter.Net

    I receive the following message trying to access my email using Windows Mail.
    Charter.net is my email provider.

    Any help in resolving this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    Account: 'Windows Mail', Server: 'mail.charter.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
    Response: '-ERR Cannot connect to POP server 209.225.8.224
    (209.225.8.224:110), connect error 10060', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server
    Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90
