Cannot open email messae links.

Aloha!
Unable to open my email message links. Everytime I click on the link I received an error message: Application not found. I can copy and paste the link to the Internet Explorer search window and open the link that way. But, that is a definite pain in the butt to do that.

Can anyone help me. I am not a technical type of person.

Thank you!

Jim

Here are three examples of the links I'm trying to open but keep getting the error message: "Application Not Found". This is happening with any links (hyperlinks) I have with any of my messages. Can you help or make a great suggestion so I can resolve this major problem?

Re: Cannot open email messae links.

Open the Default Programs applet, which you can access either from
the Start menu or via the Control Panel, then click the first item:
"Set your default programs."
After a few seconds, a list of programs comes up. Click on Internet Explorer.
If it doesn't respond with "This program has all its defaults" then fix it by
clicking on the option indicated by the first green arrow.

Do the same for Windows Mail.

Re: Cannot open email messae links.

Hi Gary,

I followed your instructions regarding the internet explorer. What do you mean when you say do the same thing for the "Windows Mail". Can you "walk" me through it.

Sorry, don't want to do the wrong thing, but I can follow instructions good.

Thanks,

Jim

Re: Cannot open email messae links.

It means, follow the instructions I gave (for Internet Explorer),
but substitute "Windows Mail" for "Internet Explorer".
