Yes, it does. Since you are using Outlook Express (OE), try resetting
your newsgroup list.

It always takes Google some time to start monitoring new groups. Did

It might well be that this website is not compatible with Firefox; many
MS websites are, unfortunately. In IE 6, you might try putting the site
in your list of trusted sites.

You have to create a Hotmail passport account which states to be from
the United States. This has been described in detail in this group
already, from MVP Frank Saunders, I believe to recall.
