| Guest | Microsoft Mail/Contacts I just got my first Vista system, loaded my Office 2000 PRO w/Outlook 2000, and promptly had problems with Outlook. After screwing around with it for a couple hours, I decided to use Microsoft Mail & Contacts (in Vista). Now, I can't import (get a box with an X), and when I try to add or edit a contact a box flashes momentarily on the screen. When I create a new message, the Contact list will NOT drop when I pop the TO button. NOTE: This message is NOT requesting info on Outlook, I KNOW 2000 is outdated and I am DONE with it. It is about Microsoft Mail and the new Contacts program in Vista and how to get it back on track. Does anyone know how I can kill and reinstall MM/Contacts in Vista? While messing around with Outlook 2000 earlier I must have broken a link somewhere, and I'm just trying to get it back. Thanks in advance. -- dnd |
