Who is your ISP?

Try removing the SSL checkmark from the outgoing server on the Advanced tab
of your accounts properties, Tools>accounts.

Looks like you have a problem I once had, but yours is on an email
server instead of on the a newsgroup server. To check for this,
click on Tools, then Options, then Send, then HTML Settings
under Mail Sending Format. If the text in the box after Encode
text using: is None, click on the triangle and choose one of the
other options. Click on OK, then Plain Text Settings. If there
is a blue dot in the circle before MIME, and the text after Encode
text using: is None, click on the triangle and choose one of the
other options. Click on OK, then Apply, then OK again.

Re: Email Not Sending but Can Receive

That's not the entire error message. Please post the whole error
message. Different servers require different settings, which is why
the name of the mail server is important.
