| | Inbox shows new emails but have no message to read Hi Can anyone help, I am running Vista home premium, until yesterday everything as fine then got blue screen of death saying windows was shut down to prevent damage dumping memory. If this is the first time you have seen this message reboot your pc. Well it came back on ok but now when I open windows mail, it goes to my inbox, I can see it downloading new messages as next to the inbox the number goes up but on the right were the email text should be all I get is there is no message to show. I now have about 30 emails in my inbox all of which are unread but I cannot see any text, cannot even get to see who the emails are from to elect any, all my other folders are ok that I have set up. The only way I can get round this is to set up rules o send the eails to another box which is a pain in the bum as I have so many email addresses. John |

| | Re: Inbox shows new emails but have no message to read Click on the Inbox, then View, then Current View, then Show All Messages. This should stop hiding the messages you have already read but not deleted or moved. | | RE: Inbox shows new emails but have no message to read This happened to me too and I had to create another inbox and get the emails forwarded to it. Did you manage to solve the problem and open your blocked mail? -- EJC French Property Vidauban France "Steppin-out webmaster" wrote: Quote: > Hi > Can anyone help, > I am running Vista home premium, until yesterday everything as fine then > got blue screen of death saying windows was shut down to prevent damage > dumping memory.
