| Member | Lost folders ! Can anyone help with this ? A couple of months ago I imported some folders from an old e-mail that I was using, when I logged in to Windows mail this morning they were nowhere to be found with all of the information that will restore in them. I have no idea what could possibly have happened to them. I am just puzzled as to where they would go and why. I have been using them for the past few months and today they just disappeared for some unknown reason. Thanks in advance bluedog |

If it makes them disappear, click on it again to make them reappear. If there are any triangles to the left of any folders under Local Folders, do the same to these. |

| Guest | Re: Lost folders ! Knowing problems are common, I perform an export of my message and my address book once a week on an external disk. Go to file ---> export ---> messages ---> Windows mail format Go to file ---> export ---> contacts ---> choose the format you want And once a day I do an export of "Inbox" In case of problem, I can restore my folders Regards Claude "bluedog_76550" <bluedog_76550.355vd4@xxxxxx-mx.forums.net> wrote in message news:bluedog_76550.355vd4@xxxxxx-mx.forums.net...
