Lost folders !

Can anyone help with this ?

A couple of months ago I imported some folders from an old e-mail that I was using, when I logged in to Windows mail this morning they were nowhere to be found with all of the information that will restore in them.

I have no idea what could possibly have happened to them. I am just puzzled as to where they would go and why.

I have been using them for the past few months and today they just disappeared for some unknown reason.

Thanks in advance

You may want to check for an easy way to find hidden folders.
Click on the triangle to the left of Local Folders and see if that
makes any folders appear or disappear. If it makes them
disappear, click on it again to make them reappear. If there are
any triangles to the left of any folders under Local Folders, do
the same to these.

Re: Lost folders !

Knowing problems are common, I perform an export of my message and my
address book once a week on an external disk.

Go to file ---> export ---> messages ---> Windows mail format
Go to file ---> export ---> contacts ---> choose the format you want

And once a day I do an export of "Inbox"

In case of problem, I can restore my folders

Claude
