Settiing up Contact Groups in Windows Mail

The instructions for setting up Contact Groups in Windows Mail say to open
the Contacts folder and click onn "New Contact Group" on the toolbar. My
toolbar (Vista Ultimate) does not have a "New Contact Group" entry, nor is
there a menu bar above it. I would appreciate any help is resolving this
problem.

Start Windows Mail. Click on Tools, then Windows Contacts. Right click
on the empty space to the right of the contacts list, then click on
Customize
This Folder. Click on the triangle, then Contacts, then Apply, then OK,
then the X at the top right of the contacts window. Save these
instructions -
you'll probably need them again occasionally.
