| | Re: links in messages do not work Ramesh - you are the best!! *Happy Dance * happening here! I thought to check default programs after I read this and under " associate a file type with a program..." found that .pps was associated with 2007 Microsoft Office Componnent and NOT 2007 Power Point Viewer.....once I correected that....PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! (as a note of interest, all the other .pp* file types in the list were correctly associated!) Thanks :>Rae "Ramesh, MS-MVP" wrote: Quote: > Click Start, select Default Programs > Click Set program access and computer defaults > Click Custom, and select your web browser > Click OK > > Then, follow these steps: > > Click Set your default programs > Select your web browser from the list > Click Set this program as default > Click OK > > -- > Regards, > > Ramesh Srinivasan, Microsoft MVP [Windows Shell/User] > Windows® Troubleshooting http://www.winhelponline.com > Winhelponline.com blog http://www.winhelponline.com/blog > > > "quiltymom" <quiltymom@xxxxxx> wrote in message news 8198448-A488-4317-8C25-FC06CE84D36D@xxxxxx> No links work in any message I receive.
