You may prefer to download and install Windows Live Mail, which can access Hotmail accounts without paying extra: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview For accounts elsewhere, you usually have to get that information from your email provider; or you could tell us what email provider you want to use and see if anyone here already knows where to find the information. Many people choose their internet providers as their email providers also. Your ISP will have a web page that explains how to set up an email account. Free Hotmail accounts will not work in Windows Mail. If yes, what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
