| Guest | Can't send /receive emails I cannot send/receive emails. When I try I get an error message saying: Account: 'pop.1and1.co.uk', Server: 'pop.1and1.co.uk', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '-ERR authentication failed', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92 All the settings are correct and the 'requires Secure Password Authentication' isn't ticked. I've also tried deleting the account affected and resetting it, but that hasn't worked either...... |

You need to do that and make sure all the details are taken care of. I would be very surprised if Authentication is not required. -- BobF. |
