Vista - Duplicate/Multiple Emails Sent to My Coworker on Daily Basis

I am located in the US and have a coworker in Singapore who is receiving
multiple emails from me daily. He will receive an email from me for the
current day as well as emails I sent to him every day during the previous two
week span. (example today is 3/7/08. He will receive emails from 3/7, 3/6,
3/5, 3/4, 3/3 etc...)

I use "read receipts" for all emails I send out and it has become an
annoyance for both of us to walk in every morning with an inbox full of
duplicate emails/read receipts.

I spoke with our server tech support and they told me that the issue lies
within Outlook. I am currently running Windows Email Vista.

Is there an AntiVirus or AntiSpam package set to scan your email in this
picture anywhere?

Yes there is. I actually found a suggestion for me to turn it off. I'll post
an update to see if that fixed my problem. Thanks Hal.
