Cannot send email

    Cannot send email

    Hi,

    I´m sorry to say that I cannot do it. I tried hundreds of different ways:
    regardless the outgoing port 25 or 587 I always get this error message:



    Error de conexión con el servidor. Asunto '', Cuenta: 'Paco en Ono',
    Servidor: 'smtp.ono.com', Protocolo: SMTP, Puerto: 587, Seguridad (SSL): No,
    Error de socket: 10060, Número de error: 0x800CCC0E

    Now I´m using AV Panda 2008, but I also had the same problem with my
    previous Norton.

    Any suggestion?

    I've read that some AV software can interfere with Windows Mail. Our tutorial has some good information about Windows Mail and some fixes may help you:

    Did you uninstall the Norton program, then run this program to take care of
    what the uninstall left behind?

    You may also need to remove your email account under Windows Mail, then
    restart Windows Mail and add the account again.
