Vista - Have loaded the fix kb/941090 but emails still stuck

I have followed the info in other threads and downloaded the kb/941090 fix. I
followed all the instructions and restarted my computer. Apparently the fix
has been downloaded and installed successfully but there are still emails
stuck in my "deleted folder". They cant be deleted or moved. The fix doesnt
seem to have worked. I tried downloading again and restarting the computer
but they're still stuck! Any suggestions?

Update on my question. I have located a link which gives full details on how
to fix the problem manually if the kb941090 download doesnt work. I havent
recveived any replies yet to my question but hopefully this link will be
useful if someone else has the same problem
