    What is wrong with this programme as every time I try to send emails keeps
    coming up with error messages. Seems like everyone has the same problem so
    what is the point of having it on the system

    I've read that in many cases the anti-virus software is conflicting with the Windows Mail software. We have an excellent tutorial on resolving many issues in Windows Mail and it might help you as well. Here's the link: Windows Mail problems
