    Sending Meeting Makers

    I am trying to send meeting makers to my colleagues, and their calendars are
    not being automatically populated. What do I need to do so that my meetings
    will populate their calendars?

    Using what email program? I haven't heard of such a function in the Windows
    Mail program.
