Vista - How to get rid of the invalid emails in the outbox

It often happens some email get stuck in the outbox and become invalid
emails. They sit there and can either be sent or be delect. Every time I send
a email the system always remind me that there is a mail with invalid message
for each of the invalid ones before the good mail can be sent out. Some time
the good mail is blocked by the invalid ones and settled as invalid as well.
It is very bothering as there are more and more invalid email in the out-box
also some in in-box. Can any one give me an idea how to resolve it.

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail.

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
