Transferring Earthlink email messages to Windows Mail

Does anybody know how to transfer the email messages from an Earthlink
account to Windows Mail? And no, I wasn't using Outlook or Outlook Express
in my Earthlink account . . .

Re: Transferring Earthlink email messages to Windows Mail

If you were using the EarthLink webmail or their client application, contact
EarthLink Support for help.

Otherwise, tell what you were using for your e-mail.

Re: Transferring Earthlink email messages to Windows Mail

Did you not post this msg to an Outlook group, in which it was stated
Outlook was the mail app?

No, that wasn't me. Outlook is definitely not the mail app. I was using
Earthlink Mailbox.

Re: Transferring Earthlink email messages to Windows Mail

Is EarthLink Mailbox web based or is it a proprietary client app?

Re: Transferring Earthlink email messages to Windows Mail

Unfortunately, those of us who don't have EarthLink have no idea
what "EarthLink Mailbox" is. We need to know the generic access
method. Did you access it with your browser like Internet Explorer?
