mail. Port 25 connections that cross over from one internet provider's
equipment to another's before they reach the server are often blocked
to cause trouble for spammers. You may want to check if your
email provider allows the use of any other port for outgoing mail,
or may have to try webmail if they don't. Just trying all the ports is
a very slow way to find out, though; there are about 65,000 ports
available
That's probably because you are using a port 25 SMTP server.

If your home ISP does not offer an alternate SMTP port, you
will have to use webmail to send.

Try SMTP port 587.
