Vista - an unexpected error can not empty deleated item folder

What is this. Microsoft sabotaged there windows mail. I can not deleat items
from deleated item folder . i receive an Windows has encountered a error can
not deleat item. check for low memory.I have a computer with 4,ooo megs of
ram I do not have a low memory problem expecially when i just statred the
computer and then restarted it again.this computer is only 6 months old.

I need an answer to this question. How do you correct this trouble of
deleating mail from my deleated folder box. outside of dumping the operating
system and going to Windows XP again?????

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail.

The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.

Why would Microsoft want to sabotage their own email program?
The 'sabotage' is due to corruption caused by running a non-
compatible antivirus program, such as McAfee or Norton.

not running:

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If you don't know whether you have a 32-bit version
of Vista or a 64-bit version, try the hotfix for the 32-bit version first.
