| Vista Home Premium 32 | Error 0x800CCC92 Missing Outlook Password Whenever I start Outlook the password is erased from the E-Mail account file. This results in the server rejecting the e-mail request and Outlook bringing up a window so I can enter the password. As soon as I enter the password the server downloads the messages and continues to work with Outlook until I restart Outlook. I have tried deleting the account file and regenerating it through Outlook and through the control panel. I have also uninstalled Microsoft Office and re-installed it and have run the Office repair tool. Each time I enter the password into the account it stays there until I start Outlook and then it disappears. Account file before Outlook start: ![]() EMail Account after starting Outlook: ![]() Any suggestions on what else to do. None of this happens when I use the same program on my XP computer. Bill |
