Are you, for example, sending mail with all the addresses on the Bcc: line? Some email servers require at least one address on the To: line to handle the mail correctly, so you might as well put your own address there since anyone who gets the mail will see your address as the return address anyway. | | Re: Cannot Download mail from my pop3 account to Windows mail Everything was fine til yesterday...I could send/recieve email with no problem...I just always did the To...and subject line....So I dont' get how that could create a problem after haven it for 2 months ....... it does thiswhen i try to recieve my email...and won't send any outgoing emails....and I get that windows security box askin for my un and pw...and each time i type it in...it just pops back up..but when i go to my webmail.suddenlink.net, I log into email just fine and can send/recieve....
