How can I subsribe to non Microsoft Communities newsgroups?

I am running Vista and have Roadrunner for my ISP. Is there a way to get
newsgroups other than Microsoft Communities, using Microsoft Mail program?
A mozilla newsgroup for example.

Nearly Gordon :-))

You have to register.

http://www.motzarella.org

They will send you an email with all the setup instructions.

Maybe the Usenet servers listed for Roadrunner
at the following link will work. Or you could check
with their support site for more info:

News Server Addresses For ISPs

Also...you could try Google Groups.

Hi Gordon, so it is, but that server only carries about 80 mozilla groups.
http://www.motzarella.org/ carries all the alt etc groups, about 30,000.

Possibly?
But the other server carries the Netscape support groups too :-)

Windows Mail can handle more than one newsgroup server at a time. See if
this you add Roadrunner's newsgroup server:

If you want a text newsgroup not available on Roadrunner's server, and
they won't add it for you, you might also try adding this one:
