Vista - Cannot send messages with attachments in windows mail

I am unable to send out any message s from windows mail. I can sent mail
without attachments.l I seems like they just get stuck. I get the error

It was working fine about 2 weeks ago. I also downloaded the hotfix for
mail getting stuck and that did not do anything.

Some people guess wrong about whether they need the 32-bit version of
the hotfix or the 64-bit version, so try them both. The wrong one will just
refuse to install.

Also, some common antivirus programs occasionally cause problems in
Windows Mail. What if any antivirus programs, antispyware programs,
firewall programs, and other security programs do you have?

Other programs that cause problems in Windows Mail include the
Google Toolbar program and a program with SMS in its name. Do you
have either of those installed?

Does your connection to this server cross over from one internet provider's
equipment to anothers? If so, many internet providers block such
connections to port 25, in order to cause problems for spammers.

make he following changes: Go to Tools, Accounts, select the Netwurx
account, Properties, Servers, go to the Advanced tab, change the
outgoing port number from 25 to 587. Go to the Servers tab and enable
"My server requires authentication."
