Trying to put all of your problem statement in the subject line often
keeps you from getting much help.

Do you get any error messages when trying to forward or reply?
If so, click on those messages and try to copy the entire error
messages into your next message.

Re: Cannot forward nor reply, only send & receive msg

Does your connection to that server cross over from one internet
provider's equipment to another's before it reaches the server?
If so, such connections to port 25 are often blocked to cause
trouble for spammers, so you need to ask cableone.net if they
allow such connections on any other port, and if so, the details
such as which port. Just trying all the ports is a very slow way to
find out, since there are about 65,000 ports available. The
information is likely to be available somewhere on their web site.

What if any antivirus programs, antispyware programs, firewall
programs, and other security programs do you have? Some of
them cause assorted problems in Windows Mail, although
seldom immediately.

These may help:

Also, what if any antivirus programs, antispyware programs, firewall
programs, and other security programs do you have? Some of them
cause assorted problems in Windows Mail, although seldom immediately.

Other programs to check for, for a similar reason: Google Toolbar,
and any programs with SMS in their names.
