| | don't want windows mail as my default email account I do not have a windows email account or IMAP or any of those other terms i'm getting. I just have a standard yahoo email account which I do not pay for. Every time I click on a link to send an email from a websitemy windows email pops up and i can't send the email because the servers aren't correct, errors..etc. I just want to know if there is a way 2 just completely stop my computer from using windows and microsoft as my default to send emails??? I have alltel wireless internet and i'm way too frustrated i just found out what IMAP and POP3 were,lol. SOMEBODY HELP!!!!!!! PLEASE!! |

You might want to download windows live mail, here's a link: Windows Live Mail And then look at this link for instructions on how to use your free yahoo account with windows live mail: How to Access Free Yahoo! Mail with Windows Live Mail - About Email Provided it works, when you click a mail to link, it should pop up with windows live mail which you configured to work with your free yahoo account.
