Signing In

When I attempt to sign in to Communities I get the following message:

Cannot find 'about:blank'. Make sure the path or internet address is
correct.

Eventually I cancel this message and then find I am connected. What is the
problem?

Hi Denise,
Are you using the Windows Mail newsreader or the web interface?

Re: Signing In

Its a known bug that happens from time to time and there is no fix. Its an
issue with the servers that they haven't fixed for over 2 years.

Re: Signing In

It's a buggy feature that is not worth messing with. Turn it off here:
Tools, Options, uncheck "Use newsgroup message rating features."
