Contacts- hot to show only name not addresses

I would like to know how to send an email to multiple people without everyone
being able to see everyone else's addresses. I want them to be able to see
the names of who I sent the message to, just not the addresses themselves.

Is there an option when I open my address book or anywhere else?

Any help or suggestions would be great! Thanks

No, that can't be done. If they can see the names, the addresses
are there also, although they may be slightly hidden. It depends
on the recipient's email program what they see. For example,
Outlook tends to hide addresses, but anyone can unhide them.

Re: Contacts- hot to show only name not addresses

You can't do exactly what you want.

If you put the addresses in the To: or CC: field, then each recipient can
see the other's email addresses. This was also true with Outlook Express,
even if you didn't see the email address whilst composing.

You can put the addresses in the BCC: field, but all the recipient will see
is "Undisclosed recipient".
You could use the BCC: field, and put a list of the names into the email
message body.
