| | Sending pictures All of sudden when I go to send a picture as an attachment, I get a message that my server has not responded and would I like to wait or stop. No matter what option I choose, no email can be sent or received as long as the message with the picture is still in the outbox. If I move that message to my drafts box then my other email will be sent and received but I can't send any email with pictures. I t was working fine since we go the computer in December and nothing new has been done to it. Please help!I send pictures alot and this is very frustrating. |

| | Re: Sending pictures Recent versions of Trend Micro antivirus are not compatible with Windows Mail. As a test, uninstall your antivirus, reboot, then try Windows Mail again. It that cured the problem, we can recommend a free antivirus that is more compatible. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (WLMail) "christy" <christy@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:911DB25C-278E-49B0-A03B-D473D4FDE29B@xxxxxx Quote: >I have Trend Micro > > "Gary VanderMolen" wrote: > Quote: >> The culprit is probably your antivirus program. | | Re: Sending pictures As of recently Trend is known to cause problems. Replace Trend with the free AVG http://free.grisoft.com/ or Avast http://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html, and Windows Firewall and Windows Defender. Disabling Trend is not enough. You need to completely uninstall it. ------- *Report back, please* "christy" <christy@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:911DB25C-278E-49B0-A03B-D473D4FDE29B@xxxxxx Quote: >I have Trend Micro > > "Gary VanderMolen" wrote: > Quote: >> The culprit is probably your antivirus program.
