Receiving error. inbox has a message stuck producing repetitive emails.

When trying to retrieve my emails. It says that I have 9 new emails to receive. It will load the first two and then gets stuck on the third one. I then get repetitive emails of the first two as the third one is trying to download. The completion bar never moves for this third email.

I receive this error message after it times out.
Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'incoming.xplornet.com', Server: 'incoming.xplornet.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

How do get rid of this one message that is stopping me from uploading the rest of my emails?

If you want help, provide us with the details of your issue, including
a copy of any error message.

Re: Receiving error. inbox has a message stuck producing repetiti

When I open my email I get the message of "receiving incoming mail". Four
different emails that are continually duplicated arrive in my inbox and the
update states "receiving message 5 of 13". The 4 duplicated emails are all I
receive then I get the following message: "your POP3 server has not responded
in 60 seconds. Do you want to wait another 60 seconds for the server to
respond". No matter how long I wait it never gets past the "5 of 13" - I
continually get duplications of 4 same emails. The error message I receive is
" Account: 'Tampa Bay RR', Server: 'pop-server.tampabay.rr.com', Protocol:
POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC19". Any help would
be appreciated.

Re: Receiving error. inbox has a message stuck producing repetiti

Can you log on using webmail instead of Windows Mail, find the four
messages you have received several copies of, delete them, and also
delete the first message after these four?
