| | mail won't delete Suddenly my deleted items on e-mail will not empty. It wont empty on closing, it wont empty if I click on empty deleted folder, and it wont empty by using select all and delete. It worked fine until about a week ago and now it is full to bursting and I cant even get it to delete one at a time. Do you have any suggestions? (It gives me an error message : "an unknown error was encountered") |

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.
