Vista - can't recieve on windows mail

I can't recieve on windows mail like some others I've see here. All was well
until a few days ago and then I stopped recieving mail. It seems I can send
OK. I have AVG protection and have checked it...it seems ok. Any ideas?

Do you get an error message when you try to receive? If so, post it here.

If you used to have a Norton or McAfee antivirus program, their uninstall
programs don't always remove the parts of the programs that tend to cause
problems in Windows Mail, so if you need the cleanup program for one of
these, let us know which one.

If you get any error messages when you try to receive mail, right click on
them and copy them to your next message.
