Vista - How to convert existing OE Mail from one PC to WinMail on another

I used to copy directly the entire OE mail files from one PC to another when
I change a new PC. Now because the NEW PC is Vista base and with WinMail, the
mail files format are different and therefore I cannot get back all my old
emails file into my new WinMail system. Any suggestion??

After you copy the files to a directory on the hard drive of your new
machine,
make sure the copied files are read-write instead of readonly before you
import them into Windows Mail.

directions exactly.
