| | user accounts Hi folks, I'm trying to use the account function where you supposedly can set up your home account and then your work account in Windows Mail. Having done away with identities, you have to use tools->accounts to set them up. I have two accounts set up, one is me, the other is support, but I can't seem to find out how to switch between them. When I set them to be the default account, each in its turn it merged all the messages in my inbox view. Any Ideas? Thanks, Ernie |

It will have a separate set of Mailbox folders per account. Plus, It supports Pop3, IMAP, HTTP website (EX: Hotmail) email, and is a lot more stable. Plus, WLM will minimize to a tray bar icon, and checks spelling as you type messages. WLM will automatically import Windows Mail messages, accounts, and settings into it. Contacts will have to be manually imported from within WLM. (Tools, Contacts, File, Import, Address book for current Windows User.) To see the Menu bar, press ALT+M and check "Show all menus". Windows Live Suite Downloads Hope this helps you, Shawn |

| | Re: user accounts You can use Message rules to segregate the incoming messages from different accounts (see http://www.mindspring.com/~oe_oh/ and the sections on message rules). Also I wrote a replacement for the Identities feature that allows one to segregate the message stores between accounts. See www.oehelp.com/WMIDs/ steve "Ernie at triadcustomcomputers" <ernie@xxxxxx> wrote in message news:uGBOkF3oIHA.672@xxxxxx Quote: > Hi folks, > > I'm trying to use the account function where you supposedly can set up > your home account and then your work account in Windows Mail.
