Contacts List

The contacts list now has images added against each name. This makes the list
much bigger and thus slower to find people. The images are all the same which
makes trhe whole idea pointless. How can i get rid of these images?

I realise that in future one might be able to put an real image against
people in the list, but I don't want them.

Re: Contacts List

Check the options under Tools | Options | Advanced and see at the bottom the
references to Windows Contacts. See if you can fix it there.

Re: Contacts List

Unfortunately that's no use Steve. If you do insert a real image instead of
the standard one, you can remove it; but that takes you back to the standard
one.

Re: Contacts List

I think you'll find the default being used is only a glyph, which adds very
little to the overall file size. Think of it as a special font character
only, and little is added or would be saved by deleting it.

Re: Contacts List

I don't think at this stage of the development cycle the developers will
make added changes to the UI for Contacts. Sorry.
