MISSING JUNK MAIL

I have missing messages. They aren't in the in box and I NEVER get messages
in the junk mail folder, but when I use my Iphone e-mail, it has all
messages---regular and junk. Where are my junk mails in window mail? I am
not getting many messages I need for business.

The Iphone is receiving them and removing them from the server.
You need to set your Iphone e-mail account to leave a copy of messages on
the server, if possible? Read its manual for the setting location. Or read
the IPhone support groups etc
Or search here for the help required:
http://groups.google.co.uk/advanced_...hl=en&q=&hl=en

Also set WM to do the same at tools>accounts>your
account>properties>advanced tab. It is also advisable to set a reasonable
number of days to delete from the server, (to prevent your server mailbox
from over filling and from taking up to much of your phone memory).
HTH?

I found this, but on a quick read of the email article, it does not look
promising?

So do more searching and RTM.

Re: MISSING JUNK MAIL

Ask your email provider if they can help. They sometimes keep
backups of messages already downloaded and removed.

Also, just setting Windows Mail to leave the messages on the
server isn't enough; you need to do a similar setting on the
Iphone as well.
