| | Logon to Home My Windows Mail keeps saying please verify that both the user & password are correct for your mail server. I have not touched anything in my mail server and I don't know how to fix this. Can someone help. Until I get this resolved, I cannot receive any emails. Please help! I never had this happen to me before so I don't know what to do. If I don't get an answer, I will have to call Comcast.net. Hopefully one of you can help me. Thank you |

| | Re: Logon to Home That symptom is typical of a corrupted password store. The corruption is caused over time by your antivirus program. 1. First, delete that corrupted mail account, restart Windows Mail, then recreate that account. If no improvement: 2. Uninstall your antivirus, reboot, then repeat step 1. If that fixes the problem, we can recommend a free antivirus that is more compatible with Windows Mail. -- Gary VanderMolen, MS-MVP (WLMail) "dlg" <dlg@xxxxxx> wrote in message news C41037F-BB72-4216-B2FB-B8C06BB7CF5B@xxxxxxQuote: > My Windows Mail keeps saying please verify that both the user & password are > correct for your mail server.
