Vista - deleted mail

It won't let me delete all my deleted mail. What can i do, it just started
acting this way a couple days ago.

This will help show you how to fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail for all folders.

Installing the KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the section titled "FIRST" in this tutorial about antivirus and anti-spyware/adware programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the section titled "SECOND" to fix and be able to delete the stuck message from the problem folder.

Although it's labelled as for mail stuck in the Outbox, it also works in
other folders. If both the 32-bit version and the 64-bit version
refuse to install, you can also try the Vista SP1 update, which

Expect this update to take hours longer to install, though.

Not sure what that means. How does it let you know that it won't
let you? Is there an error message when you try?

Ok i was able to download, then it said my computer didn't need it.
So i still can't delete my mail.

Did you download the correct 32 bit or 64 bit version for your version of Vista?
