Il m'arrive depuis quelques temps de ne pas réussir à ouvrir les attachments
qui arrivent dans mon e-mail ou dans l'internet que je dois faire?

More and more I cannot open the attachments in my e-mail and from internet,
can you help me?

Check under Tools | Options | Security and make sure the attachments are not
blocked there. Otherwise, save the attachment to disk first and then open
it from there.
