Vista - Send/Receive Progress Window always opens with details displayed

This problem has started to occur in both Windows Mail (Vista SP1) and OE6
(XPSP2) on different computers. Everytime I check email using Send/Receive,
the progress pane always opens in details view. Selecting no-details corrects
the issue until the eMail program (Windows Mail and/or OE6) is started again.
It then defaults back to details view on initial send/receive. This is with
no errors indicated during the process. I'm guessing that at one point, an
error occurred and naturally the details pane opened to show the error.
Unfortunately, the Mail program seems to now be convinced errors still exist
when they do not but I do not know how to rectify this glitch. Hope someone
can help.

OE, at least will not show details on subsequent S&R. I do not have Vista
fired up atm to try it on WM.
