MS Message Store

Hi,
Does anyone know how to close this file? (WindowsMail.MSMessageStore). My Norton 360 security does not back it up, saying the file is open. Many thanks.

Does closing down Windows Mail help?

Note that most versions of the Norton antivirus program
eventually cause problems in Windows Mail, though.

Norton is incompatible with Winmail. see point 3 here:
