Thanks > Bobaber Guessing wrong on which to use produces such a message, and sometimes already having it installed produces such a message. Also, the Vista SP1 update includes 941090, so the message may just mean a refusal to install it again. You may have to try the WORKAROUND section of 941090. http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/941090 |

| | unknown error I am running Vista home premium, 32 bit SP1. I started getting the "unknown error" today and can not send, recieve,delete, or move anything in windows mail. I have tried to install the 941090 fix but I get a message that it does not apply tp my system. what else can I do. I have disabled all protwection programs. Thanks Bobaber |

Thanks Bobaber See if this can help you how fix the stuck undeletable email message problem in Windows Mail for all folders. The KB941090 update will just fix the problem for now. You must stop the cause to prevent it from happening again. Read the "First" section in this tutorial about antivirus programs to help prevent this from happening again, then install the KB941090 Microsoft Update in the "Second" section to fix the stuck message problem.
