| | multiple email accounts I have a main email account and multiple aditional accounts through cox. In windows mail all the accounts appear but only the main one recieves any mail. I can send mail from any account just not receive. |

| | Re: multiple email accounts Windows Mail puts all the incoming mail into one Inbox, unless you have set up rules to delete it, mark it as junk mail, or move it to some other folder. | | Re: multiple email accounts Click on Tools, then Accounts. For each mail account, click on the account, then Properties. If there is no checkmark in the box before Include this account when receiving mail or synchronizing, click on this box, then Apply. Click on OK. Go on to the next mail account if there is one, or click Close if there isn't. Windows Mail will still use only one Inbox to hold all the incoming mail which no rule has moved to another folder.
