What do I click to OPEN to INBOX?

It is so frustrating to open Windows Mail and see only the outline of all the
folders. What do I click so that INBOX (its contents) appears when I open
Windows Mail?

Thank you

Which antivirus are you running? Some of them are not
very compatible with Windows Mail.

None- and as I said in another post, on the same 'puter but with a different
user account, Windows mail DOES open in INBOX. Ugh.

Re: What do I click to OPEN to INBOX?

Did you ever have Norton or McAfee antivirus installed on that computer?
If so, those programs often leave debris behind which must be removed by
the special removal tools available on Symantec's and McAfee's websites.

It is not unusual for one Windows user to have problems with Windows Mail,
while another user on the same computer has no problem. Each user has
their own message store. It sounds like one of the users has a corrupted
message store. Assuming you have ruled out antivirus issues, you have
two options left:

1. (easy): Upgrade to Windows Live Mail: http://get.live.com/wlmail/overview

2. (not so easy): Reset Windows Mail. Go to
Windows Mail problems
and scroll down to the section "How to Backup and Reset Windows Mail."
