| | Problem with Vista mail I am using Vista and have a problem with my Windows Mail settings. While sending a message, I was trying to request a read receipt, but must have clicked on the wrong option, so that now when I click on Tools, then try to check on Options, the Option box shows "Request Secure Receipt." I cannot click on it, as it "grayed out". How do I get rid of this setting? P.S. Since my mistake, I discovered the correct way to request a receipt! -- Thanks for any and all help. Rita |
