Re: ERROR#0x80004005

Go to http://mail.yahoo.com and log in with your sbcglobal.net credentials.
Then clean out all the folders in your webmail. If you want to save
any messages, create a new folder and move those messages to the
new folder. Empty the spam and thrash folders also. Close webmail, then
try Windows Mail again.

Unknown errors in Windows Mail are often due to interference from an
antivirus program. What if any antivirus programs do you have, and have
you ever had a Norton or McAfee antivirus program installed on that
computer?

Does this lead you to instructions that help?

Re: ERROR#0x80004005

I am using Norton's Internet Security.

I have also done what you and Gary suggested and neither worked. I really
need to get this resolved as I do all my business emailing thru my Windows
Mail.
