| Guest | get rid of Recovered messages in Vista Mail & windows live mail can someone explain to me why there are new folders being made from time to time under recovered messages and why I cant delete the folder from windows mail? I right click and select delete but nothing happens... The folders under recovered messages are all empty and it is annoying! I would like to know more about all this since this is new (outlook express did not have this thing) ** Posted from http://www.teranews.com ** |

This sometimes causes assorted problems. |

| Guest | Re: get rid of Recovered messages in Vista Mail & windows live mail That often happens when the computer was shut down or rebooted unexpectedly, causing the database to lose track of messages, which then have to be re-indexed and put into the recovered messages folder.
